A long time patient of ours, a 50+ year old school teacher, was beginning to have decay and wear problems associated with porcelain to metal fused crowns, some gold crowns, silver fillings and recurrent decay. Bruxing (teeth clenching/grinding) had always been a problem for her. Over the years the bruxism caused excessive wear. Regaining normal dental function and replacing her worn teeth that would recreate the smile she once had was her primary goal.
